Circles & Gatherings

There is a reason every ancient healing tradition gathered in circle.

The nervous system is wired for belonging. It regulates, softens, and opens in the presence of others who are also doing that work. This is not philosophy. It is physiology. We are designed to heal in community.

And yet so many of us have been carrying it alone.

In these spaces, you are witnessed. You witness others. You feel the particular medicine of a room full of people who have said yes to something deeper in themselves. The circle itself becomes the healer.

These gatherings are rooted in shamanic and ceremonial tradition, held with somatic awareness, and infused with the understanding that your healing ripples outward. Into your relationships. Into your lineage. Into the world you move through every day.

You bring yourself. The container holds the rest.

Women’s Healing Circles

A cozy living room with a circular arrangement of floor chairs with cushions, a central candle, and decorative items, illuminated by string lights and a hanging star-shaped light.

Each month, we gather in sacred space to explore the psychology of the chakras, moving through each energetic center with breathwork, mudras, goddesses, elemental rituals, and guided reflection. This is soul care, uncovering the patterns, wounds, and wisdom encoded in your energy body and transforming them into deeper clarity, power, and wholeness.

If you feel the call, if you are craving a space to be held, seen, and witnessed in your unfolding, this is for you.

SoulCraft Circles

There is something that happens when the hands are busy and the heart is open. Soulcraft Circles gather people around the ancient act of making. Each gathering centers on a shared creation rooted in seasonal wisdom, ceremonial intention, or healing tradition.

What you make matters. What happens while you make it matters more.

Workshops

A spiral notebook titled "Sacred Self Care" with the subtitle "Working with the Elements - An Ayurvedic Guide to Wellness". The cover features an image of an Indian altar with statues, candles, herbs, and a rainbow-colored chakra symbol with a heart at the center. A pink rose is placed on the notebook.

Every workshop is both a teaching and an experience. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, breathwork, somatic practice, and ceremonial tradition, these gatherings are designed to move something in the body and in the mind simultaneously. Educational and experiential in equal measure, because that is the only kind of knowing that creates lasting change. You leave with understanding you can feel. Each workshop is its own medicine.
